Booking Terms and Conditions

Rates Inclusive

  • All rates area quoted in US dollars per nights. Reservation is confirmed only upon deposit by bank transfer and/or US dollars cash.
  • Tax and service is included in the rental price.
  • Quoted prices includes a 20% Agent Commission.
  • Rates do not include gratuities to staff members, which we recommend, at least IDR 100.000 per week, per staff member.
  • Rates do not include breakfast, telephone, food and beverage.
  • Rates include car with driver for 8 hours per day (not including petrol). Special offer for client paying the published rate.
  • Transport for guests arrival and departure are not included (Responsibility of the agent).
  • Payment of telephone, internet and damages incurred by the guests during their term of stay is the responsibility of the Agent. We recommend that the Agent have a deposit for extra expenses or a signed credit card imprint for as a security deposit.

Housekeeping and Cook Overtime: paid IDR 10,000 per hour per person

General Booking Terms :  A deposit of minimum 50% of the rental amount must be received within two (2) working days after the email confirmation and payment instructions have been given to the hirer. For bookings that are done more than 6 months in advance, the minimum is reduced to 20% and the 30% remainder and booking confirmation is due exactly 6 months prior to the time of arrival. Final payment is required 45 days prior to arrival (60 days for High Season bookings). For bookings made 45 days prior to arrival, full payment is due within two (2) working days, or on arrival, if less than two (2) working days, whichever comes first.

Check In Time : 2.00pm Check Out Time : 12.00noon
Late Check Out : Kindly advise in advance so arrangements can be arrange and also depends on availability.
Number of guests/suitability : The number of persons occupying a property must not exceed the maximum number stated in the booking confirmation.

Cancellation :

  • Deposits will be refunded in full less USD 300.00, if the reservation is cancelled 60 days or more prior to arrival (90 days for peak seasons).
  • Reservation cancelled less than 60 days prior to arrival is subject to forfeiture of deposit.
  • Notice of cancellation must be received by Bali Villa Worldwide (BVW) in writing.
  • Final payments are non-refundable.
  • In the case of a last minutes booking where the Agency has confirmed a booking with Bali Villa Worldwide, but BVW has not received the deposit and/or final payment. The agent is still responsible for the cancellation fee.

Changes of bookings: a US$ 50.00 administration fee will apply to each change after a booking has been confirmed, if they can be accommodated.

Events and Parties: Weddings and other events held at the villas are becoming increasingly popular. For large parties, please coordinate with our operating manager as they are size limits. The staff can also help you organize dinner parties. However it is important to be respectful of the local community, and for some event there is also a ‘Banjar’ fee. Also clients should be aware that our villas are located in residential neighborhoods and as such, not all functions or events can be accommodated. The owner reserve the right to repossess the property if the hirer or a member of the party is causing excessive trouble with neighbors or the Banjar.

Damage or Losses: The hirer is responsible for leaving the property in good order and in a clean condition. The hirer is further responsible to pay for any damages or losses incurred during occupation. The owner reserves the right to repossess the property if the hirer or a member of the party has caused excessive damage.
